Terms and Conditions
SAFETY
Guides and Instructors: All activities are led by guides and instructors with extensive experience and training.
Equipment: We provide and maintain high-quality equipment for all activities. Participants should bring their own gear (harness, helmet, safety line), but we have options for rent if needed. We also rent climbing shoes, but cannot guarantee your size.
Health and Fitness: Participants must be in good health and physical condition. Please inform us of any medical conditions or medications that might affect your participation.
Safety Briefing: A mandatory safety briefing will be conducted before each activity. Participants must attend and adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions.
BOOKING
Reservations: Advance reservations are required for all activities. Bookings can be made through our website. All reservations should be paid in full 5 days before activity begins.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Participant Cancellation:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the activity will receive a full refund, minus the deposit.
Cancellations made 15-30 days before the activity will receive a 50% refund, minus the deposit.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 15 days before the activity.
Service Provider Cancellation: If we cancel the activity due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
LIABILITY
Assumption of Risk: Climbing and mountaineering involve inherent risks. Participants must sign a waiver acknowledging these risks before participating.
Insurance: We recommend participants obtain personal accident and travel insurance that covers climbing and mountaineering activities.
Liability Waiver: By participating, you agree to release the service provider, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the activity.
CONDUCT
Respect for Nature: Participants must follow Leave No Trace principles and respect the natural environment. This includes proper waste disposal and minimal impact on wildlife and vegetation.
Behavior: Participants must behave respectfully towards guides, other participants, and local communities. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Substance Use: The use of alcohol or illegal substances before or during the activity is strictly prohibited. Participants suspected of being under the influence will be excluded from the activity without a refund.
PRIVACY
Personal Information: We collect and store personal information necessary for booking and conducting activities. This information is kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent.
Photos and Videos: We may take photos and videos during activities for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should inform us beforehand.
